Delivery Arrangements

UK Delivery standard delivery costs are 99p.Items will be sent by Royal Mail 48/2nd Class or other courier.Most items will be posted by the end of the next working day.Most items will be delivered within 3-5 days of posting.Your billing address must match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. This right does not apply to any item that is made from materials that may be distorted if worn. 

For any returns where the goods are proved to be faulty we will cover your return postage costs. For any other returns you will be responsible for the return postage.

To exercise this right, you should follow the instructions in ‘How to Return Items’ below.

You have a legal responsibility to keep the items in reasonable condition and in your possession until they are returned to us. This includes keeping any hygiene seals in place.

Once we receive notice from you in writing/e-mail that you wish to cancel your order, when we have received your return we will refund the purchase price for that item together with the standard postage charge you paid.    

Damaged and Faulty Items:

If any item we have supplied is damaged on receipt or, within 6 months supply, develops a fault,  we will replace or repair the item free of charge or refund the price you paid for it together with any postage charges you paid to us for delivery. You may have additional manufacturers’ warranties with some products such as electrical items giving you additional rights and you should check these carefully.

How Promotions Work

Entering Promotional Codes

If you have a promotional discount code, please enter it in the field provided on the Place Your Order page, and click the Apply button. You will see your discount applied in the Order Summary box. Alternately, you may enter this code on the Payment Method page.

Automatic Promotional Codes

Some promotional discounts are automatically applied to your order during Checkout. If this is the case, your promotional discount will automatically be applied to qualified orders.During your online Checkout, you'll see your discount applied on the Place Your Order page, as well as in the order acknowledgement e-mail we will send you.

Returns

Refund value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect value of free gift or discount.
